Brother of Member Rob Orton

Due to a tragic illness at the age of 9, our brother, Kip experienced significant brain damage.  Today, he is 62 years old, but still has the mind of a 9 year-old. When our parents passed away, Kip’s brother, Jon, filed for guardianship. Since then, Kip has been isolated from his family.
