Mother of Member Mark Anderson

She was taken from her home by Terri Anderson and Dan Browder.  She wanted to return home.  Judge Recht would not consider it.

My sister and Dan Browder then sued me over her will.   She wanted me to have something.  Terri Anderson and her attorney Dan Browder took over her whole estate.  They also allowed my cousin to redo our father’s will.

Now due to my cousin’s actions, they are all suing me.

My mother wanted me to be her lawyer.  My sister told me she was done caring for her and she was going to hell.  She stuck her in West Hills Way against her will and would not let me visit her.  She took all her money, her home, and rental.

Judge Recht and the corrupt state of Montana did not care.  I got no help from APS, the bar, or Federal Court.  They made me pay her attorney’s fees when my mother was being held against her will and kept me from seeing my dying mother.

Dan Browder is billing her estate to sue me and Judge Recht does not care.  My mother did not want to hire Dan Browder.  My sister is addicted to opioids and only cares about the money and suing me.  She threatened to blow her brains out on my mother’s bed. The judge did not care.  He appointed her PR because he was co-workers with Dan Browder.  He has had exparte hearing and hates me.   He has ruled against me numerous times.  They are forced me to leave the state and got me fired.

They are ruining my life, my career and forcing me into bankruptcy.

Ravalli County and Marcus Daly are corrupt.
