Silvia Tessadri
State of Colorado
The following siege was carried out on Silvia, a senior citizen, without notice without telling Silvia who was doing it, not even a hearing.
A decade long siege on a senior citizen
Over a decade The Social Services of Jefferson County Colorado joined in collusion with Wells Fargo Bank, trustee, Personal Client Services, and Silvia’s greedy daughter maintained a police siege on Silvia and her son at Silvia’s home in Lakewood Colorado, where she lived with her son, Rudy, both of them happy and healthy as two clams. Silvia was in perfect health, cooking and baking and writing music and playing her grand piano that she waited her whole life to own. Rudy was an artist making beautiful original paintings and drawings for, in his words, “the whole world to enjoy.” The two were maintaining Silvia’s beautiful home and got along beautifully thinking they had rights and would, in time, be left alone.
Step up the siege – start a rumor
Instead of ending the siege when nothing wrong was ever found, as sanity dictates, The Jefferson County Social Services and Wells Fargo Bank stepped up the pressure by starting a rumor and participating in a slander sheet on Silvia and her son, based on the hallucination of Karen Bush, Silvia’s daughter, that since Silvia’s daughter had not seen her mother (because Karen did not bother to come and visit her mother) that Silvia could be dead or held hostage by her son, Rudy.
Further step up the siege—cut off the senior citizen’s money
When still nothing was found wrong after police entrance at all times of the day and night, even waking Silvia up from a sound sleep to prove she was alive, The Jefferson County Social Services and Wells Fargo Bank, after Rudy called the bank to ask why Marjorie Rees, a Wells Fargo Trust Officer’s name was on the slander sheet, cut off Silvia’s maintenance money to live on.
The bank and the social services stated, in writing, they have the right to starve a senior citizen into going to the social services doctors to prove she is not dead or held hostage. And the Jefferson County Social Services state it has the right to know the mental and physical condition of the elderly. All elderly. All elderly are defined in Colorado as “at risk,” since they are all over 60 years of age, they have no rights to stop the siege. It is for their own good.
Reality check
How is starving a senior citizen or any person going to keep them alive—to keep them from being dead? How is starving a senior citizen going to “protect” the senior citizen? In fact, if it goes on long enough it will kill them.
Any person who is not crazy would see this is elder abuse, neglect and exploitation, life threatening abuse and yet it is ok in Jefferson County Colorado.
Any normal person can see that this is ploy to kidnap a senior citizen to force wealthy Silvia on a guardianship to steal all her money and her house.
