I  hope that you or any colleague investigative  reporter working with you in this apparently exploding Florida elder-care / corrupt professional guardians can help me with this issue. 

My name is Thomas G. Heckler, a 61 yr old retired biotech ph.d. chemist who has been snagged by a peculiar gdn-attn-med exam-judge arrangement which enables the professional gdn (Jetta Getty) to seize all my financial assets from every account i once had capable self-control of from social security, disability payments, stock, securities, employer stock grants & options, cash,etc. … all under the watchful eyes of a fla circuit judge McFerrin Smith, these actions mediated via attn. Robert Thurlow to the tune of approx $250, 000 cost to me per year. 

The guardian charges me approx. $50,000 per annum, the gdn attn.approx $20,000 per annum … addl. since i fled the state of fla. hoping to find legal justice up north in my home state of penna. by 24 hr. greyhound bus .the prof. guardian instituted 24 hr. / 7 d.  around the clock cna coverage … also @ a charge of ~$20-25/hr. … approx $200 ,000 per year. 

The “head cna” is employed directly by the guardian Jetta Getty … the remaining cna’s employed from an agency – Home Instead.  The agency cna’s are intimidated by the gdn’s cna.
