I sought Guardianship under the direction of Alzheimer’s Organization to protect Mom and her assets.
A Broward County Judge was biased the entire time, along with Court Appointed Attorney who sided with the Limited Guardians of the property and Health Care Surrogates’s distant grandchildren who never came to visit Mom.
The court-appointed attorney did not represent my Mom to best of her ability and defamed Marcia’s character.
Since then, they have taken Mom, without a Court Order, isolated her from family and friends, medically neglected Mom. Sold her property.
Phone interruption with Court Orders of visitation rights and Judge Spicer continues to tell me there is nothing he can do.
The Judge forbid I contact DCF about Mom’s infected toe nail due to a home made pedicure.
Mom had fallen over night, they don’t call rescue. I reported to DCF and they do nothing. There are Doctor’s Orders, Mom is under cumadin due to un-attended blood clots that traveled to her lungs. Doctors Orders – Mom is to have 24/7 care since under cumadin blood thinners; if Mom falls can be fatal.
And Mom continues to sleep alone in a separate room inside the garage with clutter. Mom is a wanderer.
Every time a visit is planned the care taker finds Mom agitated, confused and rebellious.
Mom and I have been put through a legal emotional and financial roller coaster ride of years trying to protect Mom.
In spite of visitation court orders, they keep bounce it back to Mom who is NOT in her right mind.
She missed her birthday celebration and today’s visit. After Mom invited her friends over the phone for her birthday party.
My nephew and his wife continue placing Mom in an awkward situation to get her to say she did not want to attend her party. Manipulation continues.
Mom turned 92 February 7.
The look of Love, my soul was so sad, two hearts meant to be together, by God, my Experience Victim/ Advocate, “A Florida Judge, Mandated Supervision Order on Mom.”
I fear continuous retaliation.
I was forced to pay to be able to see my sweet, vulnerable Mom, who by true and convincing facts, was suffering from Alzheimer’s and Dementia, short term memory loss, and died alone.
Neither Mom or I, were the criminals!
It still hurts. A helpless feeling, and it is happening to millions of Americans as we speak… Guardianship Process denying Due Process, Trial by Jury, for Exploitation of the Elderly is the Scam/Racket/Crime of the Century!
No human alive deserves this heinous, health and wellness deprivation of human Rights!
