Mother of NASGA Member Duane Farrant

This is how my mother, brother, and I have had our rights, trampled on and have zero to show for it after all this time and need help. I’ve attached bullets of just some of the corruption we’ve endured in the system and Angelique Friend Conservator & Successor of both finances and person. Mother’s estate was depleted, and my brother Joshua’s SPECIAL NEEDS CLAUSE IN THE TRUST dissolved. It’s all gone and I’m lifting off of SSI and Medicaid, as this took a major toll on our lives.

⦁ The Conservator Angelique Friend never notified us of Dear Mother’s PASSING on November 7th 2021.

⦁ APPROVED BLACK BOX DRUGS TO MY OTHER, WHICH AIDED IN HER DEATH.

⦁  Angelique Friend from what I understand told the Funeral Director Robert Perez, not to allow Joshua Farrant to view her remains, and told him we never visited our mother.

 ⦁ Mother was falsely imprisoned by California which should not have happened, as we’re both Missouri Residents.

 ⦁ Loss of $2-3 Million dollars, because of the forced sale of 2 homes, my own, which the sheriff evicted me, and a 2nd home mother had an equitable interest.

  ⦁ Mother’s Revocable Living Trust was MODIFIED and signed by Proxy with Angelique Friend’s signature all over the Living Trust document.

 ⦁ My mother was never allowed to be in the courtrooms of the state of Missouri or California.

 ⦁ Loss of income about $3,300.00 monthly for over 5 years, approximately $ 200,000.00 in lost revenue.

⦁ Lost of furnishings, due to the forced sale and eviction of my home, over 10k.

 ⦁ My mother’s Federal and Civil Rights were violated.

  ⦁ Ret. Judge Reiser appointed Att. Lindsay Neilson as probate referee, who was not appointed by the California State Controller office, then or now.

 ⦁ Mother’s assets from her estate have been depleted.

 ⦁ Neither my brother nor I have ever been provided or aware of any medical records, doctor’s reports or accountings..

 ⦁ The mother was moved several times, without notification by the Conservator

  ⦁ The Conservator Angelique Friend never notified us our mother contracted the deadly virus COVID-19.

 ⦁ Conservator Angelique Friend and her Husband David Equibias lied on petitions & tried to get TRO against me..

 ⦁ Mother has been treated with disrespect by the court, Angelique Friend, and her Public Defender Willaim Lenehan.

  ⦁ My dear Mother Norma Claire Duffy Farrant was used, abused, cheated, and used only as a MEAL TICKET!

 ⦁ My mother was denied hearing aids, glasses, dental work, and regular hygiene for well over a year and forced to wear hand-me-downs. She also had bruising, cuts, and abrasions, almost every time I saw her, and her living conditions were not what she was accustomed to.

 The Horrible elder abuse and treatment of my mother is so wrong. If I had not called the home in Ojai where she was living, of which I called almost every work day, I would not have found out she passed away 3 days later earlier.  Who knows if we would have been advised? As Norma and I were Missouri residents Ret Judge Reiser should not have asserted legal jurisdiction over us. Now my dear mother is at PEACE:  Norma Claire Duffy Farrant was an educator for over 40, years, 20 in the Conejo Valley School District, where she taught at Camarillo High School and Thousand Oaks High School and retired at Westlake High School. She was treated like crap, abused, and cheated financially by the entire probate system, and her estate depleted, of everything she worked so hard to save for. Angelique has attempted over and over to distance and alienate her from her two sons.  Angelique Friend from what I understand told the Funeral Director not to allow Joshua Farrant to view her remains, and told them we never visited our mother, complete deception on her part. She wanted to be cremated, but, before that, we need to find the truth of her death and no one is cooperating.  Why create a Living Trust to protect one’s family and assets, if a Ret. Judge Glen M. Reiser and Judge Richard Lund systematically overturned and voided them out daily, disregarding their wishes.

 Is this the justice in America today, lies and deception by the judges who rubber-stamp and approve these crimes against society, but especially my dear mother?
