Our Mission

To end unlawful and abusive guardianships/conservatorships!

NASGA is made up of dedicated  individuals who have experienced the horrors of guardianship or conservatorship.   As former victims or family members of victims, our mission is to end unlawful and abusive guardianship or conservatorship practices.

Originally created for the noble purpose of "guarding" the alleged incapacitated person  (AIP) and "conserving" the assets, guardianship/conservatorship has become a feeding trough for professional predators engaged in self-enrichment.

Our members exchange information, ideas, and practical advice; they support each other through very trying times.  They cannot and do not "represent" each other in court, but they can be there with others, in support and making their presence known.  They are free to share their own personal legal experiences and understanding gained from them together with any information generally available to the public, including statutes, case decisions, white papers, etc. regarding issues of interest.

The most important thing our members can do is work with us to reform guardianship and conservatorship law!  It's not as complicated as you think, but it takes a lot of "people power."

For representation in court, you must consult an attorney,  Legal Aid or Legal Services.
