The faces of guardianship victims aren't just elderly. No one is safe from a predatory guardianship/conservatorship. Not your grandparents, your parents, your spouse, or you - not even your children, or your children's children. A guardianship victim is found wherever there is money - a malpractice settlement to a minor child, adult dependents, accident victims, brain injury victims, injured Veterans, sudden illness victims--- even a wife in a high-priced divorce case (who refuses to settle). The vultures smell the money and they circle their prey to make sure it's defenseless. And then you know what happens next.
