Become an Advocate
for Reform!

 


NASGA is a working organization.  We ask you to either volunteer your time or make monetary contributions or both if you can do both!.  We need people willing to work towards legislative reform of guardianship and
conservatorship.  We need people working in our outreach program.  We need people who want to be
trained to understand the law affecting their situation in the courts so they can run study groups. 

And so much more!

FIGHT ALONE AND YOU FAIL ALONE!

  We can't do it alone, either. 

You have a chance to make a difference.  You have a chance to become part of a proactive movement demanding  accountability in an unjust system operated by those who enrich themselves at the expense of our loved ones, enabled by those willing to violate the law for that purpose.

Boomers are entering the age of vulnerability.  What fate awaits them?

Guardianship reform and/or conservatorship reform requires more than legislative amendment.

Bar - involved in every element of action/inaction - which permits continuing and escalating misuse of "good law gone bad."

What have they done and what are they doing to remedy it?  Nothing. Just a lot of "talk" with no meaningful
results, while the problems escalate. These and other problems in our so-called "justice" system have brought
lawyers to the lowest level in recent memory in the eyes of the victims.

What's the answer?     PEOPLE POWER!!!      JOIN NASGA!
